It is important to remember that rest is necessary for our health and well -being. The lack of rest can lead to stress, insomnia, fatigue and other problems. Today I spend my first stream on this platform and was pleasantly surprised by its success! I was nervous because it would be difficult for me to conduct a stream, commenting on something and interacting with the audience, but I hope everything will go smoothly. I hope to get a lot of positive reviews and support from the audience, which would make me feel really confident for Stream and made me want to take them even more. This first stream will be of great experience and I am sure that this is only the beginning of my streaming path.
