When I graduated from high school, I decided to continue my studies and entered the Culinary School in Riga. There I learned a lot: the basics of professional cuisine, the technique of safe work, work with different products and the creation of delicious dishes. I really like practical classes, because in practice I can put all knowledge and develop my skills. Study gives me the opportunity to understand how important it is to be patient and attentive to details in order to achieve high quality.

In addition to studying, I like to spend time with friends, listen to music and read books. I especially like to travel in Latvia and learn about its culture and history. In the future, I see myself with a successful cook who can create unique dishes and delight people with their skill. I really like my profession, and I am sure that thanks to perseverance and love of business I can achieve everything that I dream about.

Hello! My name is Elena, I am 18 years old, and I live in beautiful Latvia. I really like my country - we have beautiful landscapes, cozy cities and kind people. I was born and raised in Riga, the capital of Latvia, and since early age I dreamed of becoming a good cook.

From the smallest age, I loved to help my mother in the kitchen. Whenever we prepared something together, I felt a special pleasure-I liked to experiment with recipes, invent new dishes and learn from my mother the secrets of skill. At school, I studied especially well in subjects related to household and cooking, and also studied foreign languages, because I dreamed once to travel and communicate with people from different countries.
